She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Haywood and Mable Ruth Haywood (Brawley); her former husband John Justice; her husband Bill Swyres; her children, Jerome "Jerry" Martin Justice and Sheree Janice Hayes; and her sisters, Janet Reuter and Glenna Woolf.
She is survived by: her son Terry Eugene Justice of Arnold; and her stepchildren, Laurie Martin (David) of Ellington, Wayne Swyres (Betsy) of Ellington and David Swyres (Abby) of Ellington. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
