She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennie Frederick (Houghton) and Claude Frederick; her husband Sam Riggins of Ellsinore, Missouri.; her siblings, Howard Frederick, Elinor Starbuck and Nancy Robinson; her niece Mardi Wade; her brother-in-law Bill Devore; her stepson Joe Riggins; and her grandsons, Joe Jr. "Joey" Riggins and Chad Ballard.
She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Elam of Las Vegas and Alta Devore of Wichita, Kansas; and her stepchildren, Mary Kee, Bill Riggins, Beverly Archer and Annie Elizabeth "Beth" Ballard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McSpadden Funeral Home (2 N Cane Ave, Ellsinore, MO 63937). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
