We announce the death of Larry Joe Allen of Ellsinore, Missouri, who passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 68. Larry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Joe and Mary Lou Allen (Wynn); and his sister Brenda Dale. He is survived by: his wife Penny Sue Allen (Ladyman); his children, Samantha Jo Kaysinger (Kurt) of Cuba, MO, Jared Ross Allen of Ellsinore and Breanna Lynn McGee (Tyler) of Ellsinore; his grandchildren, Erika, Dominick, Karter, Chase, Mikyla, Karson, Karoline, Remington, Dakota and Sierra; and his sisters, Jody Hodge (Steve) and Marilyn "Mert" Allen (Ron Haeger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
