Though Randall may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Randall touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Carl Eugene Roetzel. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Hyten Roetzel of Ellsinore; and his sister Carla Dant (Mark) of Lapeer, Michigan..
