He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Gutscher; his children, Andrew Shoults (Sasha) of Summersville, MO, Robert Shoults (Sean Walsh) of Jefferson City, MO, Ashley Shoults, Dawn Shoults of Hartshorn, MO and Frankie Shoults Jr. (Emily McDonald) of Springfield, MO; his grandson Gabriel Shoults (Dani Borntrager) of Willard, MO; his children, Parker Shoults (Summer Terrill) of Springfield, MO, James of Summersville, MO, Aria of Summersville, MO and Lexi Shoults of Summersville, MO; and his siblings, David (Rhonda), James Shoults (Paulette) of Hartshorn, MO, Acleda Menz of Raymondville, MO and Darlene Pethaus (Pier) of Ventura, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
