He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Lilley and Hattie A. Meyer Lilley; and his siblings, Robert Lilley and Mary Jo Lilley (Yolonda). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Norma Lilley of Winfield, MO; his sibling's children, Melissa Hiatt of Winfield, Matthew Lilley of Elsberry, Darrell Lilley (Janice) of Canada and Robert Joseph Lilley (Betty) of Lake; and his cousins, Gene Lilley and Joy Lou Early. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elsberry First Christian Church (101 N 6th St, Elsberry, MO 63343). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
