She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hoffman and Betty Hoffman; her brother Kenneth Hoffman; and her husband Gary Lutz. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Lutz (Dottie) of Elsberry, Kim Pagano (Todd) of Wentzville, MO and Melissa VanHorn (Cassidy) of Warren, MI; her grandchildren, Callie, Shane, Jonathan, Dylan, Aidan, Lillian, Nicholas and Joseph; and her sisters, Constance Hoffman Beck of Colorado and Donna Hoffman of Colorado. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
