He was predeceased by: his sister Cvte Tahchawwickah Lober. He is survived by: his children, Steven (Sienna), Diana, Michael and Patrick (Selina); his parents, Kaye Byers and John "Mike" Byers; and his siblings, Ann (Steve), Mary (George), Mark (Shelly), Matthew (Maria), Angela (Matt), Theresa, Luke (Robyn), Chahta, Tunica, Marcelino and Joseph (Courtney). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) at Sacred Heart Catholic Church - Elsberry.
