With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosemary Sue Capps of Elsberry, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Segress and Lucile Segress; her son Lowell Capps, Jr.; and her husband Bud Capps. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Capps (Kathy) of Eolia, MO, Dennis Capps (Yvonne) of Eolia and Bill Capps (Carie) of Louisiana, MO; her grandchildren, Micah Brown (Carl), Jason Capps (Kelly), Anthoney Capps, Courtney Capps (Dennis), Gretchen Marr (Austin) and Ryan Capps; and her great grandchildren, Maddy Ayers (Ross), Morgan, Conner Brown, Kainan, Kai, Annie Capps, Christopher, Trinittey Capps, Maison Grimm and Alice Harrier.
