Michael Lane Higgins Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 25, 2025, at the age of 71, Michael Lane Higgins of Eminence, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sybil Lorelle Higgins (Winn); his wife Mary Kay Higgins (Smith); his father Edgar Higgins; his brother Ronnie Higgins; and his brother-in-law Dorris Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenny Higgins (Sue) and JoAnn Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Higgins, Carolyn Dyer and David Smith (Gingee Adams); his sons, Joey Higgins (Wendy) of Lewisburg, KY and Lane Higgins; his stepsons, Charles Brandon Gregory of Eminence, MO and James Paul Gregory (Amy) of Waxhaw, NC; and his grandchildren, Whitney Higgins, Waylon Gregory, Harper Gregory, Hollis Gregory, Brayden Gregory and Everly Gregory. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the BEST foundation, P.O. Box 730, Eminence, MO, 65466, to benefit the students of Eminence R-I School District.
