He is survived by: his wife Julia Tyler Bredehoeft; his children, Lindsay Krause (Chad) of Stover, MO, Tyler Bredehoeft (Stephanie) of Emma, MO, Derek Bredehoeft of Lee's Summit, MO and Calleine Dobnikar (Josh) of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Danielle Wilson (Kyle), Jacob Krause (Chrisna), Tynlee Bredehoeft, Brooks Bredehoeft and Noa Dobnikar; his great grandchildren, Brody Wilson, Isaac Wilson, Levi Wilson and Jaxon Krause; and his siblings, Dennis Bredehoeft of Kansas City, MO, Peggy Schnakenberg of Higginsville, MO, Darrell Bredehoeft (Marianne) of Star, ID, Russell Bredehoeft (Janis) of Concordia, MO, Gary Bredehoeft (Jennifer) of Concordia, MO, Susan Petersen (Joel) of Kansas City, MO and Mark Bredehoeft (Sabine) of Grandview, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell-Lewis Chapel (1002 E 1st St, Concordia, MO 64020). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (504 N Elm St, Emma, MO 65327). A burial was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (504 N Elm St, Emma, MO 65327).
