He is survived by: his sons, Steven W. Blair (Cheryl A.) and Craig D. Blair; his grandchildren, Kevin W. Blair and Caitlin E. Havrilka (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Lyda H. Blair, Braylen A. Blair and Ainsley J. Havrilka.
The military honors was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
