She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Horine and Patricia Fall; and her brothers, Keith Horine Jr. and Jeffery Allan Horine. She is survived by: her husband James Harlow; her sons, Matthew Welch of Ohio, Joshua Welch of Leavenworth and Cody Lavey of Ohio; and her sisters, Brenda Cosner and Penny Horine. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
