He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Allan and Phyllis Phillips (Melton); his stepfather Elvin Phillips; his siblings, Terry Allan and Larry Allan; his parents-in-law, Reber and Faye Hawkins (McClain); and his pet Fargo.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Allan; his son Steve Seidner (Monica) of Florissant; his sister-in-law Pam Allan of Henderson, Nev.; his grandchildren, Nik and Lauren Seidner; and his nieces and nephews, Kristina Allan, Carrie Homan (Eric), Heather Beyers, Josh Taylor (Gloria), Gennifer Heimerl (Dave), Stephanie Jenkins (Richard), Stacy Hawkins (Vic) and Chris Hawkins (Ann Marie).
