He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Schlottke and Carol Schlottke (Ziegler); his wife Tammy Darlene Warren; and his sister Corrine Smith. He is survived by: his close friend Theresa Birdsong of Eugene; his children, Josh Schlottke of Linn, Cody Schlottke of Clarksburg, Wesley Schlottke of St. Elizabeth and Rebecca Birdsong of Columbia; and his siblings, Richard Schlottke (Jill), Sherry Radunz (Kelly), Rhonda Minken (Jeff) and Deborah Linder (Mark). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
