He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ernest Boldt and Myrtle Marie Boldt; his former wife Tina Christina Taylor; his wife Christina Boldt; and his sisters, Joann Staffey, Marylou Hector, Shirley Lavely and Linda Phillips.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Boldt (Erma Lee) of Garberville, CA, Wayne Boldt (June) of Truman Lake, MO, James Boldt (Carolyn) of Eureka, MO, Frank and Carolyn Novak (James) of Pacific, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
