It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Virginia (Scism) Gaehle of Eureka, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Larry Gaehle, Gary Gaehle, Glenn Gaehle (Brenda) and Sharon Quaethem; her grandchildren, Steve (Rebecca), Nicole, Megan, Emily (Zach), Heather (Elan), Krystle (Tim), Michelle (Steven), Misty (Travis) and Maycee; her great grandchildren, Zooey, Lillian, Allie, Parker, Audrey, Lilah, Jackson, Levi, Addi, Eden, Colt and Clare; and her siblings, Norbert Scism (Mary), Mary Warren, Charles Scism and Jim Scism.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory (14960 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery (955 MO-109, Glencoe, MO 63040).
