She was predeceased by : her parents, Buzz Hamann and Ruby Hamann (Hess). She is survived by : her husband Steve Sparks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
