He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Boulware; and his brother Arnie Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Eads (Burnett); his children, Crystal Anderson (Ken) of Columbia, MO, Charolette Mae Miles of Columbia, MO, Randi Howell of Jefferson City, MO and Jairicia Gravitt (Gabe) of Boonville, MO; and his siblings, Angela Boyles, Debbie Barbey, Mary Oliver, Shannon Smith and Ryan Boulware. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
