Wayne Hackman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Hackman of Excello, Missouri, born in Boonville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hackman and Frieda Hackman (Wilmsmeyer); his in-laws, Kenneth and Alma Grotjan; his brothers, Norman (Kay Hackman), Leon (Sue Hackman) and Ardel Hackman; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Grotjan and Dennis Grotjan.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Deanne Brownfield (Matt) of Moberly, Jess (Hannah), Walker, Payton and Doug (Cara); his grandchildren, Katie and Logan of Excello, Missouri.; his brothers, Harold (Jolene Hackman) and Ronald (Sherry Hackman); and his siblings-in-law, Carol, Robert Jordan of Santa Clarita and Elaine Grotjan of Greenville. He is also survived by 17 nephews and nieces and many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Macon United Methodist Church, Macon County Ministries Food Pantry, or the Greater Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
