She was predeceased by: her mother Twila Pekarek (Excelsior); her stepfather Dennis Pekarek (Excelsior); and her brother Alan Krepel. She is survived by: her father Joe Krepel of Dodge City, NE; her son Jeremy Hayden of Greeley, CO; her brothers, Darryl Krepel of Excelsior Springs, MO, Wayne Krepel of Colorado Springs, CO, Scott Pekarek of Excelsior Springs, MO and Terry Pekarek of Kansas City, MO; and her boyfriend Domingo Garcia of Excelsior Springs, MO.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bross & Spidle Funeral Home (217 W Broadway Ave, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elks Club (421 S Titus Ave, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024).
