She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Kay Harper and Wayne Harper. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Siefers; her children, Aaron Siefers (Megan Downs) and Keely Hundley (Justin Hundley); her grandchildren, Flynn Hundley, Logan Hundley and Emily Fostich; and her brother Timothy Harper.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance or the Coterie Theatre, in Cindy's honor.
