He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Fullerton; his son John Pugh (Lana) of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Audrey Pugh of Chillicothe, Haley, Ashlyn, Vana, Xavier and Ezekiel Pugh of Blue Springs; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Ziylah, Alora and Isaclie Pugh; his siblings, Jean Moore of Chillicothe and Robert Pugh of Bly, Oregon; and his mother-in-law Alvina Fullterton of Chillicothe.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barbee Memorial Presbysterian Church (501 Tiger Dr, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024).
