He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Ames; his siblings, Hugh Foster, Carol Ann Ward and Lea Ann McKenzie; his children, Wesley Cook, Kelli Iser (James Iser) and Holly Kerkhoff (Todd Kerkhoff); and his grandchildren, Cody Clark, Cory Iser, Zachary Kerkhoff and Tyler Kerkhoff.
