He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Farmer (Mike) of Rayville, MO. and Beth Carr (Josh) of Lawson, MO.; his daughter-in-law Chondra Bethards; his siblings, Dennis Bethards and Deborah Bethards of Excelsior Springs, MO; and his brother-in-law Jerry Churchwell of Tulsa. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
