He was predeceased by: his father John F. Mehrer; and his brother Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Mehrer (Rice); his children, Colten Mehrer (Sabrina) and Peyton Sweeney (Daniel); his grandsons, Colby Sweeney and Barron Mehrer; and his sisters, Angela Reed (Russell), Julie Stark (Stan) and Molly Mast (Mike).
