He is survived by: his wife Dee Smith; his grandson Joshua Jewell; his children, Gary D. Smith, Jeff A. (Carrie Smith), Tina M. (Timm Strahl), Daniel B. Smith and John J. (Sherry Smith); his stepchildren, Kenneth L. Jewell Sr., Linda J. Harris, William E. Jewell, Terri L. Reynolds, Dee Dee S. and Curt Delana; and his brother Tom Smith (Pat). He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
