She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Peebles and Evelyn Peebles; and her siblings, Diane Headlee, Frank, Kevin and John.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Duncan; her children, Shelly Schmidt (Doug) and Jeff Duncan (Carmen); her siblings, Sandy Simmons (Dave), Sherry Patterson (Pat), Chuck Peebles and Scott Peebles; her grandchildren, Heather Wiedemann (Mitchell), Kelsey Kuntz (Andrew), Logan Schmidt (Kate), Brianna and Dylan Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Dean, Ada Katherine, Oakley and Knox.
In honor of Kathie's courageous battle with Alzheimer's, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Luminary Hospice, 9200 Ward Pkwy. #320, Kansas City, MO 64114, an organization dedicated to supporting those affected by the disease.
