She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Greathouse; her stepfather Larry Lockamy; and her brother Jeff Lockamy. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Evola; her children, Jeremy Greathouse and Savannah Lange (Logan Gray); her grandchildren, Ayden, Gunner, Wyatt and Bennett; her mother JoAnn Lockamy; and her siblings, John Greathouse (Wendy), Sheila Eby, Phil Greathouse (Tricia), Tom Greathouse (Marcia), Joanna Lockamy and Jason Lockamy (Lisa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations in care of the Funeral Home or Joseph Evola.
