She is survived by: her husband David Lewis; her daughters, Kaci Monaghan (Joshua Lordemann) and Kristen; her sons-in-law, Matt O'Hara and Kenneth Brock; and her siblings, Teresa McNeely, Joyce (Frank Adams), Linda (Stan Phipps), Steve (Penny McNeely), Alice (Rick Lammert), Mark (Lori McNeely), James (Jennifer McNeely) and Jennifer (David Seibert). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren.
