He is survived by: his brother Kelly Lampkin (Jeri); his stepdaughters, Jennifer Grosko and Stephanie Roberts (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Hayley, Alexis (Johnathan), Sabrina, Kirk, Dorothy (Padyn), Abigail, Zach, Christian, Jordan, Carlee and Lacy. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
