He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Jones and Jean B Marrant; his stepdaughter Sharon (Michael Yarges); his son-in-law William Hershall Gray; and his siblings, Lucy Jean Dirck, Mary Goolsby, Justin Marrant, Henry Marrant, Dean Marrant, Billy Marrant and George Marrant.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jamieson (Eldredge); his stepchildren, Frank Eldredge (Teresa), Francine Gray, Mark Eldredge (Lee Ann) and Henry Thomas Eldredge (Ellona); his siblings, Ricky Marrant (Cheryl), Brenda Jones (Chesley), Gary Marrant (Brenda) and Alida McKee (Kenny); his grandchildren, Becky Lindahl (Matt) and Tim Marrant (Hope); Gerhard Marrant (Lori). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bross & Spidle Funeral Home (217 W Broadway Ave, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024).
