She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian McClaren and Millard McClaren; her husband Tommie K Scott; her daughter Laurel Ann; her grandchildren, David High and Allyson Shroyer; her great grandchild Amber High; her siblings, Phillip McClaren and Sunny; and her brother-in-law Benny Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Scott (Kristina), Timothy Scott (Effie) and Lisa Scott Moore (Donald); and her sisters-in-law, Loretta McClaren, Sheryl Acton and Carolyn Stanfield. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grand children, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs (5951 MO-10, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Richmond, Missouri.
