With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Hurt of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Wendell may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church (1009 S Hughes St, Hamilton, MO 64644). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 7835 N. Highway 13, Hamilton, MO.
