He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Osborn of Kansas City, MO; his son Philip Crouse (Brenda); his granddaughter Ashley Cox (Steve) of Newbury Park, CA; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua and Gideon; his grandchildren, Rachel Caron (Garrett) of Fayetteville, AR and Andrew Crouse (Taylor) of Prairie Village, KS; his daughter Robin Smith (Wade) of Cameron, MO; his grandchildren, CiJay Smith of St. Joseph, MO and Tyler Smith of Wichita, KS; his son Kevin Crouse of Plattsburg, MO; and his grandchildren, Jackson and Maggie.
