He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil G. Powell and Grace Powell (Pitts); and his children, Bobby Powell (Cheryl) of Exeter, Missouri, Beverly Deeds (Bob) of Sante Fe, Patty Cox (Roger) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Glen Powell. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
