He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wayne Clark, Sr. and Carleen Holly Butterworth (Hay). He is survived by: his grandparents, Curtis Hay, Sr. and Sharon Hay (Yancey) of Granby, Missouri; his siblings, Christopher Bailey (Stacy) of Rogers, Arkansas and Heather Edwards of Cassville; and his nephews, Chase Bailey, Jesse Baxter and Landon Edwards. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
