Joyce Mae Counterman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Mae Counterman of Fair Grove, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Hinton Early and Arlena May Eden (Early); her siblings, Faye, Melanie, Wayne and David; and her grandson Mikeael Louis Counterman II.
She is survived by: her husband Ray; her sister Carol Meier; her children, Shannon, Cindy, Mikeael (Paula) and Patrick (Jackie); her grandchildren, Zella (Carl), Tim (Emily), Margaret, Truman (Jenny), Chelsea, Brittany, Amanda, Russel, Stephen (Kacie) of Beth, PJ, Addie and Ozzy; and her great grandchildren, Dezmond (Nikki), Aiden, Zoe, Timothy II, Kelton, Ginny, Truman, Samuel, Ezra, Archer, Jay, Levi, Mckinley, Nash, Blayklee, Kylin, Emalee, Raelynn, Shaelynn, Eli, Issac, Sophie and Bellamy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bass Chapel Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Bass Chapel Baptist Church.
