He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Barber and Pearl Barber; his brothers, Forrest (Betty), Benny and David Barber; and his brother-in-law Albert "Tom" Robertson.
He is survived by : his wife Cindy Barber; his children, Atha Schatz (Ben) of Kansas City, MO, Nathan Barber (Misty) of Gurley, AL, Joshua Barber (Lauren) of Olathe, KS and Marissa Barber of Springfield, MO; his stepchildren, Jordan Fuellner of Republic, MO, Justine Fuellner of Springfield, MO and Kiley Fuellner of Fairplay, MO; his grandchildren, Emily Schatz, Olivia Barber, Owen Barber, Aiden Hasler and Graham Barber; his stepgrandson Daniel Berry; his sisters, Mary Lou Robertson of Bolivar, MO and Martha Ann Rader (Ervin) of Bolivar, MO; his sisters-in-law, Dixie Barber of Bolivar, MO and Marilyn Barber of Pineville, LA; and his former life partner Christena Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
