He was predeceased by: his father Richard A. Montoya; his brother Jamie Blankenship; and his son Timothy Michael Montoya. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Marie Montoya; his grandchildren, Andrew, Aviana, Alidia, Amelia, Adelyn Mettler, Antonio Tapia and Mother Patricia Davis; his sisters, Giovanna Santora and Lisa Dietz; and his nephew Josh Blankenship. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
