He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stanley and Amelia Kurtz Bowman; his grandson Ryan; and his siblings, Alice, Evelyn and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bowman; his children, Nathaniel Bowman (Karen) of Springfield, Gabriel Bowman (Deanna) of Lebanon, Missouri and Kitty Affun (Francis) of Euless, Texas; his grandchildren, Michael, Phillip, Charlie, Bethany and Violet; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Destiny and C. J.; and his sister Carol Ann Bowman of Pfaff. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
