He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sipes (Bador); his sister Ronna Mose (Sipes); his children, Erin Sipes (Nathan Comte), Bryan Lesher (Angela), Rachel Smith (Dillan), Danietta Franklin and Christopher Franklin (Emily Kurre); and his grandchildren, Charles Sipes (Kaitlin (Billeisen)), Vincent Comte, Esther Comte, Desmond Comte, Randall Moore, Gabrielle Moore, Greyson Moore, Jr., Aurora Lesher, Astrid Smith, Ingrid Smith, Clara Hartman, Johnathan Hartman, Kayci Jones (Robert McGinnis), James Jones, Jacob Hall, Majaiha Lindsey, Jakaiya Franklin, Ryder Franklin, Wyatt Alioto and Cora Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, extended family members, and many dear friends.
