She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Milligan and Reba Ashton Milligan; her husband Charles David Hull; her son Michael Hull; her siblings, Eugene Milligan Jr., Edward Milligan, Cleo Butler, Myrna English, Shela George and Patricia Sigvaldsen; her grandson Tanner Lowrance; and her great grandchild Abbigail Hopkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Flowers of Farber, Jennifer Raspberry of Farber, Christy Lowrance of Vandalia and Brenda Hull of Mexico; her sisters, Barbara Wills of Philipsburg, PA and Susan Sloppy of Clearfield, PA; her grandchildren, Elisha Hopkins, Justin Flowers, Patrick Flowers, Tyson Lowrance (Allison), Aidan Lowrance, Matthew Cole (Kristine), Sydny Logerman (Dalton) and Zoey Hull; her great grandchildren, Madilynn, Bella, Kennadee Hopkins, Landon, Memphis, Colton Flowers, Ivy, Slade, Jett, Anna Lowrance, Beverly Cole, Braxton and Brooklyn Logerman; her great great grandchild Kingston Horton; her pet Izzy Mae; her sister Sylvie; Otis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
