He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mullinax and Hazel Mullinax Evans (Furr); his wife Elsie Mullinax (Kay); and his sisters, Virginia Wade and Joyce Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Steffen of Milton, FL, Russell Mullinax (Karen) of Farmington, MO, Sandy Davis (Bob) of Las Vegas, NV and Billie Boyer (Clayton) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Viola Faulkner of Farmington, MO and Bobbie Smith of Farmington, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
