He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stricklin (Fambrough); his son Ethan Nathaniel DeSalvo; his mother Cheryl Stricklin (Forshee); his siblings, Heather Carroll (Sean) and Donald Stricklin; his siblings-in-law, Tom Fambrough (Mindy), Nathan Fambrough (Bre) and Janetta Zehrbach (Craig); and his father-in-law Les Fambrough.
