With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Victory Garrison of Farmington, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Jewell Dean Parson (Henson); her former spouse Mardis Calvin Shemwell; her husband Ben Wayne Garrison; her daughter Martha Reeder; and her brother Winfred Parson.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Shemwell (Sandy) of Granite City, Mardis (Ruthy) of Huntsville, Harlen Shemwell (Marie) of Annapolis, Missouri, Doris Pulley of Granite City, Wanda Hardy (James) of White Bluff, Camella Wadlow (Randy) of Ironton, Tabatha Michel (Buddy) of Farmington, Eartha Michel (Bob) of Fredericktown and Trenna Vance (Jeff) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Bob Garrison (Maureen) of DeSoto, Karren Garrison of Festus and Michael Garrison of Festus; and her siblings, Bill Parson (Debbie) of Marquand, Missouri and Cathy Marsh (Neil) of Arcadia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
