He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Luce; his children, Latisha Hall of Cape Girardeau, Jeremy Rutherford of Kansas City and Gregory Jamison; and his siblings, Junior, Donald, Carl Bloodworth and Glenda Crinkley. He is also survived by many grandchildren; one great grandchild; nieces, nephews.
