He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Miller and Hattie Miller (Haynes); his son Kenneth Sidebottom; and his brothers, Roger and Joe.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Miller of Ste. Genevieve; his daughters, Tracie Carter, Linda Miller and Alyssa Sidebottom; his grandsons, Todd Carter, Justin Normann and Dalton Carter; and his sister Sandy Canterberry (Raymond) of Knob Lick. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, many other beloved family members, and numerous special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in support of veterans and active-duty service members.
