She was predeceased by: her parents, Ranzi Wilkins and Ada Alice Wilkins (Flowers); and her husband Jim Forshee. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Wilkins (Patricia), Chuck Hein (Janet) and Bob Hein (Lee Ann). She is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cozean Memorial Chapel (217 W Columbia St, Farmington, MO 63640). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
