He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Miller and Lois Skaggs (Allen); his stepparents, Dean Miller and Cleo Skaggs; his son Reggie Jaco; his siblings, Jerry Miller and Cindy Lucas; and his brother-in-law Billy Bea.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Joyce Miller (Snowdell); his children, Darrell Miller (Tina), Stephanie Nokes (Will), Sandi Joyce (Ben), Logan Miller (Billie), Dana Johnson (James), Victoria Linkenbach (Mark) and Brandy Steinhorst (Manu); his grandchildren, Kody, Kaytee, Anabelle, Caden, Tessa, Darren, Sanna, Juno, Lana, Abbi Smith (Cody) and Zach Nokes (Mya); his sister Ann Miller; and his stepsisters, Sandra Burchett (Bob), Jan Bea, Debbie Mackey (Ken) and Terry Black. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
